AICE media studies

  Props:  For my commercial I decided to produce a Spalding basketball commercial. My main prop is a Spalding basketball. Other props will include a basketball hoop, and maybe some training cones  Costumes: I’m my commercial, I will have an actor wear athletic clothing. They can have on some basketball shorts and any appropriate shirt. They would need to wear basketball shoes.  Accessories like long socks, sleeves and headbands are a plus. Schedule:  On 10/4/21. My Spalding basketball commercial  On 10/6/21. I will establish props, costumes, schedule, location, and backup plan.  On 10/8/21. I will create a storyboard for the 30 second commercial.  On 10/12/21. My main focus will be getting all the footage. On 10/14/21. I will be editing and adding finishing touches to the commercial.  Location:  The main location is the gym on the basketball court. On the court I will film my actor walking towards the benches, getting read, and doing drills. This will add character, a bit of suspense a

 I am doing a basketball commercial. In these commercials, the audience usually sees people taking part in physical activities like dribbling, running , shooting etc. • They wear gear like sleeves, headbands, and basketball shoes. • Props include Spalding basketball, water bottles, gym basketball hoop and towels. • Their appearances usually fit and sweaty due to “workouts” which in most cases is just water sprayed on their shirt.  • These commercials may seem fast pace but that is only to motivate the audience and get them pumped.  1. Spalding commercials include a basketball with the label Spalding, and their slogan “Quality first.” This slogan represents their focus to producing basketballs and how they will always manufacture good quality things. 2. In the commercial the props are the main focus. Angled differently to catch the audience’s attention and get them to say “wow that’s awesome, I want one!” The symbol is the name. A lot of people would not need to know the name of this ba

 During projects I would work by myself. I feel as if its more productive when I know what’s going on. I can control what time I’m doing things and at what pace. Rather than wait around for a group member to add “touch ups.” Knowing they didn’t even start. I don’t want to pick up slack for a group member. I know myself and my capabilities, which makes it easier to do work. I also know my schedule, versus a group member who is all over the place and unreliable.I am more productive on my own. I’m not anti social or shy, it’s just more controlled. Meeting my the standards on my own than being rushed by group members. I can’t have my own opinions and add ons without someone disagreeing with me or contradicting my opinions. However, that means I am taking on a load, when I could have member help and assistants. My name is Shenaida. I am currently taking AICE media studies. So far the class is very interesting. I’m excited to learn more about film itself , it’s angles, editing, and everything it consists of. Blogging may not be my strong suit but my creativity will cover for me. I like how everyday there is something different being brought to the table. There is never a dull day in class, because the teachers and students are active and brighten up the setting; but enough about that, and more about me. I love art and the way you get to express yourself in many different languages without saying anything. Many different ideas thoughts and interpretations come in the form of art. It’s not just painting and sketching, but building and thinking. It’s so controversial and I love it. You can show on
