One man party

During projects I have gotten the opportunity to not only work by myself but work with others. In this project I feel as if its more productive if I work by myself. I know what’s going on and it’s more controlled for me that way. However, working with other people may be fun and exciting, I don’t want to pick up slack from anyone. I have more freedom with what time I’m doing things and at what pace I’m doing it at. I know myself and my capabilities, which makes it easier to do work. I am more productive on my own and I can have my own opinions and add ons without anyone disagreeing with me or contradicting my opinions. What this also means is that Im taking on a load, when I could have fellow classmates help and assist me in assignments. Not all group members are bad, some actually do their work and respect others opinions. It can be fun at times, hearing what they have to say. Introducing more creative ideas. “Two brains are better than one” in scenarios like working in groups I think that is actually true. Although, in this project I will be working by myself. I have nothing against my classmates  but when I work with others that means I have to comply with everyone’s work ethic. I like to get my work done as soon as possible. From experience when working with others it seemed as if a lot of things were put off to the side and left for the last minute. I’m not a procrastinator so it really felt unsettling. There are pros in working with others and there were also cons. Scheduling is a prime example because not everyone was available at the same time. Getting everything done efficiently and effectively. I’m hoping that I can create and give my best, anything is possible; just as long as i don't give up.
